I also left a message on your voice mail, but am interested in a ballpark quote for a Phase II Environmental Assessment for the possible purchase of a gas station and mini mart in Santa Rosa, CA. What does the inspection consist of, what is average turn around time for report, and course the cost. Although I have been licensed for a long time, I have never sold a gas station in the past, so any information you can provide would be very appreciated. Thank you!
